I had a dryer that wouldn't start. So I saw how many 5 star reviews this business had so I called for an appointment. As the other customers said Mike made.A service call the same day, called before he got here And showed up on time. He told me about my problem and told me what it would cost to fix . He also showed me how to start my machine until I can replace it. Mike is the only repairman I will ever use.
Mike came out and performed a quick fix at NO CHARGE!! Explained to me that my air gap on my Dishwasher was simply clogged with a coffee bean. He showed me what to do if it happens again and quickly unclogged my dishwasher. He very nicely helped me out and could have charged me a service fee but didn't. From the moment I called to Mikes great service this company knows what customer service is all about. I will recommend them to all and happily use them again should I ever have the need. Thanks!
